BOYS NOIZE (Alex Ridha) creates worlds and then builds bridges between them. Driven by his love for sonic inventions, Ridha has developed an unparalleled sound that transcends all categories. Embraced by the underground and revered on the main stage, the nonconformist German-Iraqi artist, DJ, producer, and subcultural oracle has carved a distinctive path through the world of electronic music, all on his own terms. With masterfully anarchic performances at major festivals like Coachella and Glastonbury, he has traversed the globe and continues to play annually at the techno mecca Berghain.

The new decade started with a bang for BOYS NOIZE: in 2020, he received a GRAMMY nomination for "Midnight Hour" alongside Skrillex and Ty Dolla $ign, and in 2021 a GRAMMY for Lady Gaga's "Rain On Me ft. Ariana Grande". This success builds on years of momentum, ranging from productions for Frank Ocean, A$AP Rocky, and Mark Ronson to collaborations with Bon Iver, Chance The Rapper, Snoop Dogg, Rico Nasty, Tommy Cash, and Francis and the Lights. Ridha's diverse work also includes remixes for Daft Punk, Depeche Mode, Rammstein, N.E.R.D, and David Lynch, the soundtrack for Oliver Stone's movie Snowden, and the first musical release by designer Virgil Abloh, which was accompanied by the OFF-WHITE x BOYS NOIZE's MAYDAY collection. Whether composing and performing live with pianist Chilly Gonzales as OCTAVE MINDS, creating club hits with Skrillex as DOG BLOOD, or DJing under his house alias ELAX - BOYS NOIZE is constantly developing new forms of expression driven by a creativity that knows no bounds.

This boundless creativity is also what prompted Ridhato to establish his own label, where he maintains full artistic control over his work and creates music beyond genre boundaries. Originally founded for BOYS NOIZE releases, Boysnoize Records (BNR) quickly became a playground for discovering and promoting new talents. In its 15th year, the Berlin-based 'nonconformist, anarchistic DIY collective' (Dazed & Confused) hosts an extraordinary and diverse roster of forward-thinking artists such as SCNTST, Djedjotronic, Peaches, NAEEM, Jensen Interceptor, Cardopusher, and Dave Clarke. Releases include the groundbreaking debut album Oi Oi Oi by BOYS NOIZE, the studio albums Power, Out Of The Black, and MAYDAY, as well as the Analog Sessions series Strictly Raw Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 and Strictly Bvnker Vol. 1 - The Lockdown Sessions.
